A PlayStation 2 port was released in 2005, an iOS port was released in 2011 and Mushihime-sama HD, an Xbox 360 port featuring high resolution sprites and new modes, is set to be released on May 24, 2012. The game was followed by a sequel, Mushihime-sama Futari in 2006. Mushihime-sama Cave Matsuri Ver 1.5, a modified version of the game was released on May 28, 2011. On November 5th, 2015 the game was released on Steam.
