The game follows our protagonist, Henry Stickmin, who is trying to make a fortune for himself by breaking into a bank, steal a diamond, etc. This lands him in prison time and time again. The player is tasked with helping him successfully commit crimes and escape prison, by picking one of a few options presented to them. Most of the time, only one of the options will lead to further progression in the story, while the others lead to a hilarious failure, with a retry screen popping up soon after. Over the course of all the games, the player can lead Henry Stickmin to one of 16 different endings, each of which varies greatly.
