Switchball

Roll a marble through methodical physics-based puzzles while switching between balls of different types.

Overview Switchball is a 3D physics-puzzle platformer developed by Atomic Elbow and published by Sierra Online for the PC on June 26, 2007.
In Switchball, players roll a marble ball through various courses that are suspended in mid-air, using the game's physics (powered by PhysX) to solve various puzzles by pushing objects around and maintaining a proper momentum. Along with using the ball to activate switches, the game's name also refers to the ability to switch between different types of balls, each with their own strengths and weaknesses (including the standard Marbleball, a heavier Metalball, an inflated Airball, and a Powerball with special abilities). It later received a digital release both for the Xbox 360 (as an Xbox Live Arcade title) on November 7, 2007 and for the PlayStation 3 on September 18, 2009, both adding higher-definition graphics and bonus online multiplayer levels. The PC version later received an updated digital re-release by Atomic Elbow on May 17, 2021, where it is sometimes known as Switchball HD.
