Pocketbike Racer

One of three Xbox games released exclusively at North American Burger King restaurants in late 2006, PocketBike Racer has several of the chain's mascots and spokespeople racing around in small motorbikes.

Overview PocketBike Racer is a comedic pocketbike racing advergame developed by Blitz Games and published by King Games for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox exclusively in North American Burger King restaurants between November 19, 2006 and December 24, 2006.
A "kart racer" filled with cartoonish power-ups, PocketBike Racer has various mascots and spokespeople of the Burger King fast food franchise (including the Burger King, the Subservient Chicken, Whopper Jr., and Brooke Burke) comically racing around in smaller motorcycles (known as "pocketbikes"). Compared to other kart racers, this game is unique for its power-up system where players fill a gauge by driving over "gates", with the power-up based on how far the gauge is filled. The game was sold alongside two other games, Big Bumpin' and Sneak King, for .00 each with the purchase of any value meal. All three games are unique in that versions for both Xbox platforms were included on the game's disc, with the Xbox version resulting in lower graphical quality. The Xbox 360 version includes achievements worth 200 points (similar to Xbox Live Arcade titles at the time) and online multiplayer for up to eight players, although it is one of the few games for the system that cannot be installed on the system's HDD.Game ModesStandard Race is the game's basic lap-based racing mode.Battle Royale changes the objective to hitting opponents with gadgets.Ultimate Cone Trial changes the objective to "collecting" gates by driving over them (which temporarily disables them for other racers).Hard Core Racing is a barebones version of Standard Race, removing the gates and power-ups completely.LevelsParking LotBackyard TrackThe King's GardenUnder ConstructionFantasy Ranch
