The sixth mainline entry in the Picross S series (and the sequel to Picross S5), Picross S6 features a new set of 300 standard nonogram puzzles (for Picross and Mega Picross modes), 5 multi-part "Clip Picross" puzzles, 30 Color Picross puzzles, and 5 Extra puzzles. In addition, this entry introduces multi-colored grids, allowing players to differentiate every 5th row and column.
