He then rid the lands of Merlwood of its wizards. When Paul hears of this, he sets out to defeat the evil magician. GameplayPaul starts the game with food, water and money. The player takes Paul through multiple puzzles and mazes to obtain more items which allow Paul to grow as a magician and warrior. Paul can also interact with people who may aid him on his quest. The play must keep Paul's health, food, and water levels in mind. They decrease over time and need to be refilled. Helping NPCs increase Pauls mana and rank, allowing him to cast more spells, and be more effective as a wizard.
