Hockey

Hockey is a Pong imitator built into the Fairchild Channel F console (released in 1976). It is technically the first "hockey" game ever released, though aside from the title, it bears little resemblance to the sport.

Hockey was the first hockey game ever released.
Primarily a Pong clone, it did allow players to change the angle of the paddle to a diagonal and move the paddle horizontally.  It was pre-programmed onto the the Fairchild Channel F, along with Tennis.  It was developed and published by Fairchild Semiconductor.
