The second game in the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni series

PlotThe Watanagashi-hen Arc introduces Mion Sonozaki's younger twin sister Shion, who at first, Keiichi believes is just Mion pretending.
  However, after going on a date with shion, they see Mion, leading to awkwardness between Keiichi and Mion.  Once the Watanagashi Festivel comes around things go for the worst once again.  This Arc portrays Mion as the villain.
