The Fritz series of computer chess games makes its way to consoles and handhelds.

Overview Fritz Chess, known in Europe as Fritz by ChessBase, is a digital chess game developed by Freedom Factory Studios and published by Deep Silver for the PlayStation 3, Wii, and Nintendo DS on July 2009, with the Wii and DS versions released in both North America and Europe and the PS3 version released only in Europe.
A console and handheld adaptation of the Fritz series of chess games. The PS3 and Wii versions has an "Adventure Chess" campaign mode with a medieval theme, with each opponent having unique constraints.It also received a mobile version for iOS devices on March 27, 2009, developed by PlayWay and published by Gammick Entertainment.
