Drake of the 99 Dragons

A sci-fi fantasy third-person shooter with a stylized comic-book aesthetic, pitting an undead assassin against an army of assassins and cyborgs. It is notable for being considered one of the worst Xbox games of all time.

Overview Drake of the 99 Dragons is a sci-fi fantasy third-person shooter developed by Idol and published by Majesco for the Xbox on November 3, 2003.
Featuring a comic-book aesthetic and cel-shaded graphics, the game follows Drake, an undead assassin seeking to avenge the slaughter of his clan (the 99 Dragons) in the fictional Asian city of Neo Macau. To do so, he must prevent rival businessman Tang from harvesting the souls of the dead to power his cyborg army.Along with dual-wielding weapons (each of which can be fired independently), Drake has numerous supernatural powers at his disposal (including the ability to slow down time, jump in mid-air, wallrun/walljump, and replenish health using the souls of fallen enemies). The game was universally panned by critics, citing numerous bugs and issues. It was later revealed that the game had a short six-month development time, resulting in the game being unfinished (with little room for testing). It is often considered one of the worst video games of all time. The game was later ported to the PC on June 14, 2004, fixing numerous issues with the original game. This version was later digitally re-released via Steam on March 7, 2018.
