In Damage Incorporated, players command a squad of U.S. Marines known as 'Damage Incorporated" as they take on covert missions against domestic terrorists (including white supremacists, religious fanatics, and rogue militia).
Similar to the Rainbow Six (Franchise) series, the game focuses heavily on tactics, with players able to issue commands to their A.I.-controlled squadmates through a map interface (including setting navigation points and formations) and each level having their own objectives (such as rescuing hostages, defusing explosives, and eliminating key leaders). Each squad member has their own personality and tactics, and can die during the campaign.
Like ZPC and Prime Target (Game), the game made use of the same game engine as Bungie's Marathon 2: Durandal.
