Club Drive
Drive through San Francisco, a giant house, and an Old West town in this not-well-received 3D car driving game for the Atari Jaguar.
Overview Club Drive is a 3D car driving game developed and published by Atari for the Atari Jaguar in late 1994.
A simplistic driving game with simple 3D polygonal graphics, Club Drive is set in a driving-themed amusement park in futuristic 2098 after a decades-long ban on driving was lifted due to the invention of indestructible vehicles. The game features three different modes, all of which support two-player split-screen multiplayer.GameplayGame ModesCollect (1-2 Player) - Collect Powerballs scattered around the track.Racing (1-2 Player) - Race between two checkpoints.Tag (2 Player) - Bump into each-other to pass off the "it" status, and try not to stay "it" the longest.WorldsThe game includes four themed "Worlds" to choose from, each with two different tracks (a larger one for the Race mode, and a smaller one for the Collect/Tag modes):San Francisco is a loose recreation of the U.S. city of the same name. In smaller modes, the track takes places solely in a two-level parking garage.Velocity Park is a stunt track loop (with a familiar orange track), complete with curves and ramps. In smaller modes, the track takes place in an open stunt park. The Old West is set between two Old West towns, separated by canyons and mine shafts. In smaller modes, the game is set solely in one of the towns.Jerome's Pad is set in a one-story house, with the player the size of a toy car (or the house being a giant recreation). In smaller modes, the game is set in a smaller apartment. In addition, the game features a hidden fifth World, known as Planet Todd.
