C. Bill is a simple Commodore 64 game released back in 1984. The protagonist is a hairy caveman - B.C. Bill. His main quest is to provide food for his family by killing various creatures with a club, roasting their meat and bringing it back to the cave. Bill can also expand the family by stunning new wives with the club and dragging them to his cave. The game ends when Bill loses all lives, what can be done in several ways: a dinosaur bites him, he burns, his heart is broken due to wives escaping from the cave, starvation. The game features one level but the seasons change as you play.
