The protagonist (no longer The Nameless Hero) is a poor fisherman, with resemblances to the hero of the preceding game. Like his predecessor, he is nameless too. The real Nameless Hero, now known as King Rhobar III, is an evil king. The second hero's task is in the player's hands. You can convince Rhobar that he shouldn't be evil, end his ruling, kill him, or ignore him, and even join him and ally with him. The destiny of Myrtana lies in the player's hands.
