Rough Ranger

Rough Ranger is a side-scrolling arcade platformer and shooter released in 1988.

In Rough Ranger, players assume the role of a soldier and shoot their way through a military base in order to rescue a captured girl from terrorists.

The gameplay is almost identical to Rolling Thunder.
