Miniature Golf

Early Miniature Golf Simulator

Miniature Golf is one of the first attempts to simulate the titular game, which was popular during the era of release.
Gameplay mimics the sport; the player must tap the ball into the hole on each level. Each level has a variety of obstacles, which the player must avoid and/or use to ricochet the ball of of, to land in the hole using as few shots as possible.Miniature Golf uses a primitive physics engine to determine the ball's final location, based on the strength and angle of the shot. The player's club is represented by a block, and moved away from the ball to indicate strength and angle, similar to a pool cue. The further the club is moved from the ball prior to swinging; the more power is transferred to the ball. When each hole is completed, gameplay ends. Alternating 2-player mode follows the same rules.
