Tilted Mill Entertainment was founded in 2002 by Chris Beatrice and Peter Haffenretter, former game developers of Impressions Games. Some of Titled Mill's games continue the tradition of historical city building games such as Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile and Caesar IV. They also released indie sleeper hits Hinterland and Mosby's Confederacy.
