A German based development and publishing company that mainly creates strategy and simulation games for the PC.

Starbyte was a German developer and publisher of video games, many of which have never been translated into other languages and are therefore unknown to a wider public (apart from a handful of language-independent platformers and puzzle games). Their most popular games include Black Gold, Kingdoms of Germany, Transworld and Invest.
