Gathering of Developers
The Gathering of Developers (also known as GODgames or just "Gathering") was founded in Texas in 1998. The company was acquired by Take Two Interactive in 2000. The founders bailed on the company in 2001 and the Gathering of Developers was made defunct by Take Two in 2004.
Overview
The initial philosophy of the company was built on providing developers with a publishing partner interested in establishing business relationships that aim for software quality, mutual respect and the support of independent developers.
