Fortyfive
Formally known as AIM, Fortyfive Co., Ltd. is Japanese developer known for licensed SNES games such as SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron and Inspector Gadget as well as the Tokyo Bus Annai games.
Overview
Founded in May of 1990, AIM was a contract game developer of Super Famicom and PC Engine games. It renamed itself to Fortyfive in June of 1998.
As AIM, they mostly completed work for larger publishers such as Hudson, Bandai and Epoch, most of which were licensed games for 16-bit consoles. Upon becoming Fortyfive they began developing and publishing their own original games, most of which were released for the Sega Dreamcast.
