
Domark Software
Domark was a British software publisher founded in the United Kingdom in the 1980s. In 1995, Domark merged with a few other companies to form Eidos Interactive, which now holds the brand as well as all the assets of Domark Software.
Overview
The name Domark originates from the names of its founders Dominic Wheatley and Mark Strachan. Domark was active between 1984 and 1995 when it merged with Eidos Technologies, Big Red Games and Simis to form Eidos Interactive, which in turn acquired US Gold and Core Design later. Games published by Domark Software included Badlands, Marble Madness, Prince of Persia, and Syndicate.
